Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions homeowners ask most often about our residential tiling service.

Send us your measurements, photographs or a short description of the work through the contact form or by email to madanprotiling@gmail.com. We review the details and provide a written quotation outlining the agreed scope of work before anything is scheduled.
Where a project cannot be accurately assessed from measurements and photographs, we arrange an on-site assessment. This helps us understand surface conditions, access and any preparation that may be required before installation.
Material arrangements are confirmed in your written quotation. Depending on the project, tiles and finishes may be supplied by you or sourced as agreed. We will always clarify what is and is not included before work begins.
ProTiling provides residential tiling services to homeowners across the United Kingdom. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please get in touch and we will let you know.
Timescales depend on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller installations such as splashbacks are often completed quickly, while full bathroom suites and bespoke projects take longer. Your quotation includes an indicative timescale.
Payments are made securely online through Stripe using the package links on our pricing page or as set out in your quotation. We do not operate subscriptions, recurring billing or membership programmes.
No. Every ProTiling project is a one-time residential installation. We do not provide maintenance plans, subscriptions, recurring billing arrangements or membership programmes of any kind.
Outdoor tiling depends on suitable weather and surface conditions. Certain installations may be affected by temperature, moisture or frost, so outdoor projects are scheduled when conditions allow for a durable, high-quality result.
